Seems like a clone of the LocTote Flak Sack bag, funded on Kickstarter in May. Perhaps these bags are the next "Hoverboard" (literal) explosion, where a number of companies rebranded the same exact product from the same manufacturers in China at different prices.
@scottruona Sometimes, these things are both from the same original Asian manufacturer with modifications on top of them, as we've seen with all the hoverboard (and drone) clones. Because there's doubt, I've flagged this hunt and requested it be removed, since I'm not entirely comfortable helping these guys out under my own name.
