TripWaffle is “TripIt for the modern age.” Unlike legacy tools that only recognize big brands, TripWaffle works with any confirmation email: boutique hotels, regional airlines, Airbnbs, ferries, tours, anything. Just forward emails and get a clean, automatic itinerary plus extras others don’t offer: weather-based packing tips, jetlag forecasts, flight reliability scores, airport crowd levels, live gate alerts, offline access, easy trip sharing, etc etc. Free. No setup. No catch.

I built TripWaffle because my travel planning was a hot mess: every trip lived across email, screenshots, calendars, and random notes ... and it always fell apart the moment I booked something outside a major airline or hotel. Existing tools were fine… until they weren’t.

The original idea was dead simple: if a booking sends a confirmation email, you shouldn't have to think about it. Just forward it and your trip should organize itself.

While building, it naturally evolved beyond a static itinerary and I started adding things I actually wanted before a trip: like knowing which flights are usually late, how busy an airport will be, or whether I'm about to freeze because I packed wrong.

TripWaffle is basically the tool I kept wishing already existed, so I stopped waiting and built it.
