I made a hotel booking through this company and the website came up with a payment error, resulting in a duplicate booking. I contacted the company and they told me they would cancel the duplicate and refund me. Now they have turned around and said the booking is 'non-refunable' even though I am not cancelling the hotel booking, only asking for them to remove the duplicate booking/payment caused by THEIR website. My account has been charged twice and the company is refusing to remove the duplicate payment. I have contacted my bank to assist but this has been a horrible and frustrating experience. Untrustworthy and unhelpful company, would not reccomend.

TripScout is a relatively new app, but they have thought of everything! Get it today and let them know what cities you'd like to see!!
The very best thing about their maps is the links to all of the great places to see in each city. The links provide essential info for your visit. I never want to be without it when I travel!!
