honestly the placement-first angle is cool and kind of rare. one thing i'd love to see is a quick salary-range estimate pulled into the role target step, so while i'm picking what to apply to i can also see what the band actually pays in my city. would save me a tab switch every time.

One thing that would be super helpful is letting us save different mock interview sessions and revisit the feedback over time, like a little progress log, so I can actually see if my answers are getting sharper instead of starting from scratch every time.
