TrimCI turns your CI/CD pipeline data into a dollar figure and a ranked list of fixes. It works with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, including GitLab behind a VPN via an open-source agent. Access is read-only and pipeline-only: no repository scope, no source code, no CI YAML. We keep only run metadata and the last 8,000 characters of failed-job logs, deleted after 30 days.
