As someone who manages multiple projects, Trello has been a game-changer for me. I love the simplicity of the Kanban system, which makes it easy to visualize the progress of each task and move them between columns as they are completed. One of the best things about Trello is how customizable it is. I can create boards for each project, add members to each board, and assign tasks to specific team members. I can also set deadlines for tasks and receive notifications when they are due, which helps me stay on track and ensure that everything is completed on time. Trello has made managing projects so much easier for me. It's user-friendly, visually appealing, and incredibly customizable, which makes it an essential tool for anyone who needs to manage multiple projects at once.

I wanted to choose Google Keep as an answer but it was not in the list. I like trello for Agile management but it's too costly for a team use, so I use Google Keep & Google Sheets for To-do management.

It's easier for people to manage tasks and performance but the upgrade from a free to paid account is too expensive for a nonprofit

If you love the Kanban board method of work you'll love Trello. I've been using this app since their early days and still treasure its ease-of-use and the great interface design. And the add-ons are just great! It's helped me stay productive even in my darkest hours.

We have been using Trello for some time now and it has helped us a lot transitioning to scrum. We programmers love how features were designed to make our life easier (checklists on cards, visual feedback, ability to interpret a nice subset of markdown features, automation…).

I have used Trello in the past to organise past projects and it has helped a lot. I would've used it more if some features weren't locked behind a paywall.

Love, love, loveeeeee Trello Forms! This was what I was missing for my business and it has helped take my company to the next level! Though there are some aesthetic features missing, I know they are in the works such as being able to brand the form to my company colors, control the font etc. My clients love the ease of use with the form and it comes in so neatly into our trello boards! Highly recommend this product!
