How did GPT-5.6 change the ambition or scope of what you shipped?

ChatGPT helps me brainstorm and discover product features very quickly. It helps me ship features at a high speed, supports me in searching for information, and helps me find opportunities to develop my product. However, there are still some issues that I can't fully utilize, such as ChatGPT's poor writing style and its relatively slow speed.

The Pain We Faced
I’m a Backend Developer, and my girlfriend is a Business Analyst (BA) at an outsourcing company. Through our work, we realized a common pain point shared by many Comtors and BAs: they have to process a huge volume of documents from Japanese clients, then rewrite them in both directions—creating Vietnamese documentation for local Developers and QCs, while also preparing Japanese documentation to send back to the clients. Doing all of this manually takes an enormous amount of time and effort.
We tried many existing AI translation services, but they all had the same problems:
- The translations weren't "industry-appropriate" and often failed to capture the context of technical documents.
- File formatting was frequently disrupted, with many formatting errors and the original layout not preserved.
- License costs were quite expensive compared to the actual value they provided.
The Solution
Driven by this pain point, we started building a small tool—initially just to solve our own problem. Once we realized how useful it was, we decided to invest more effort into refining it so we could share it with the community, along with reasonably priced license plans. To be honest, in terms of ROI, we only hope to earn enough to cover our server costs.
About the Quality
The translation quality has been validated by me and several real users, and the results have been quite good. We don't promise perfection—you may still need to adjust a few words to better fit the context of each document—but our goal is to provide the best possible value for the cost you pay.
Give It a Try
We're currently offering some free credits so you can try it out. We'd really appreciate your feedback:
- If it solves your pain point, we'd be grateful for your support.
- If it doesn't meet your expectations, please leave us your feedback. Depending on users' needs and what we're able to do, we'll continue improving the experience as much as possible.
