I'm Thomas, maker of Transportial.
If you've ever been inside a transport company, you know the picture. One planner has a spreadsheet, another has a whiteboard. Drivers are in a WhatsApp group. Invoicing happens in a different tool, weeks later. And all day the phone rings with the same question: "What is your status?"
Five years ago I saw how outdated the industry still was, and how much repetitive, manual work it took just to keep the trucks moving. So I started building Transportial with one belief: within ten years, transport operations can run fully automatically. We're halfway through that decade, and today we're launching.
Transportial is one platform for everyone involved in a shipment:
🗓️ Planners get a drag-and-drop plan board. An optimiser can assign loads while respecting capacity, time windows and EU driving-time rules.
📱 Drivers get the OpenMove app with stop-by-stop instructions, proof of delivery and chat.
📍 Customers get live tracking links (no login) and a self-service portal.
💶 Finance gets pricing rules, quotes, invoices and real margin per trip.
🔌 IT gets a full REST API and webhooks, built on the open OTM5 standard.
What makes us different:
- Free forever, not a trial. Every month you get 20 consignments, 10 trips, 10 invoices and 3 users. No credit card needed.
- You pay for usage, not seats. You pay per transaction from €0.50, falling to €0.05 as volume grows. There's no monthly minimum and no lock-in.
- Multimodal from day one. Road, sea, air and rail use the same model.
- Built for the people outside your office too. Drivers, customers and subcontractors are part of the platform.
