Built for qualitative and UX research. 27 languages, an hour of audio back in about ten minutes, billed by the second. Several engines transcribe the same audio in parallel; every disagreement is flagged with a timestamp. You review those, not the whole recording. Post-processing turns transcripts into first-person narratives, codes them to your framework and redacts sensitive parts.

Hi PH 👋 I spent 15 years in market research, most of it sitting with interview recordings. The part nobody warns you about: you don't distrust a transcript because it looks broken. You distrust it because a mis-transcribed line reads perfectly fluent, and you have no way of knowing which lines those are. So you re-listen to the whole thing anyway, and the time you saved is gone. Transcribe Labs runs several engines over the same audio and flags every point where they disagree, with a timestamp. You check those specific moments instead of the whole recording. 27 languages, because most of my own fieldwork was never in English. Happy to answer anything, including what it doesn't do well.
