TrainTeam helps football coaches and growing clubs plan training sessions and matches, collect player availability, select squads and communicate with parents.
One thing that would really help our club is a simple attendance tracker that auto-updates player stats based on how often they show up to training. Coaches could quickly see who is committed and who needs a nudge without digging through separate spreadsheets.

Coaches can record who attended, and the stats update automatically, so it’s easy to spot attendance patterns without maintaining a separate spreadsheet. A simple video clip tool for sharing short training drills or match highlights with parents would be a great add. Coaches could record a 30-second example of an exercise, tag the week, and parents see exactly what their kid worked on. Way more useful than text descriptions alone for the younger age groups.

The squad selection flow feels really well thought out, especially how availability carries over into lineup decisions without extra steps. Great execution for something coaches will actually use week to week.
honestly this looks pretty useful for smaller clubs like ours, one thing that would really help is a shared clipboard or quick chat for coaches during the match itself, basically a way to drop a quick note mid game without having to leave the app
the availability collection actually saved me a ton of back and forth texts last weekend, kind of wish i had this sooner honestly
