TrainerCheck is client management software that automates weekly check-ins and centralizes progress tracking in one dashboard. The system sends automated check-in forms on a set schedule with follow-up nudges for non-responders. Clients complete a mobile form via a personal link, with no app downloads or account creation required. The platform tracks metrics like weight, measurements, energy levels, and progress notes, all accessible in a searchable dashboard.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm a solo developer, and this is TrainerCheck.
It came from a pattern I kept noticing, independent personal trainers are stuck between two bad options for staying on top of their clients. They either run weekly check-ins by hand — chasing 30 people across WhatsApp, DMs, and a spreadsheet that is three versions deep every Sunday night — or they pay £40+ per client for a big all-in-one coaching platform, most of which they never touch.
So I built the missing middle: just the weekly check-in, done for you.
How it works:
Every client gets a weekly email with a personal link to a 60-second check-in (weight, energy, sleep, habits, a note) no app to install, no account to create.
Anyone who doesn't respond gets chased automatically.
You get one dashboard showing who's on track, who's drifting, progress charts and streaks — and each client gets an automatic monthly progress report.
The core idea: clients rarely quit out loud — they go quiet first. A consistent weekly check-in catches that drift early while you can still do something about it. It's a flat £25/month, unlimited clients — no per-client pricing and no features you'll never open.
It's live, with a 14-day free trial (no card needed).
@trainercheck A very promising product and a strong launch. Congratulations to the team! 🚀

The no-app approach is smart for reducing friction with clients. One thing that would save me time as a trainer is the ability to set custom alert thresholds, like flagging a client automatically when weight trends upward for two consecutive check-ins or when energy scores drop below a certain number. Right now I still have to eyeball the dashboard to catch those patterns, which defeats some of the automation. Would love to see that added.
