Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built Train at Home because most workout apps assume you can already jump, kneel, and get up off the floor. Plenty of people can’t—at least not yet. Others want kettlebells, calisthenics, and proper HIIT.
The app covers the whole range: from chair to HIIT.
Here’s how it works:
Tell it about yourself. A two-minute questionnaire covers your goals, fitness level, available time, equipment, and anything that needs care, such as your knees, back, or balance.
Get a week-by-week plan. A short health check filters out unsuitable moves, and almost every exercise has an easier version one tap away.
Press start and follow along. Watch demonstration videos for 300+ exercises while an AI voice coach counts reps, times your rest, and explains the next move.
Progress at your pace. Plans move you up when your current level feels easy. Share how each week felt, and the next week adapts.
Find your workout style:
Chair and low-impact • Mat Pilates • Kettlebell • Calisthenics • Military-style workouts • HIIT • Pelvic floor (Kegel) • Body-part training • Quick 5–20 minute sessions
A few more things:
No account. No ads. Your data stays on your phone.
Available in English, Spanish, French, and German—including the coach’s voice.
Free to try with one plan session each week. Plus unlocks every plan and workout.
Available on Android today. iPhone is coming soon.
I’d love your honest feedback: what’s missing, what’s confusing, and which workout style would you like next?
