TradingDisciplineLab is a discipline-focused trading journal for traders who want to understand how their behavior affects their results. Import trades, review execution, track recurring mistakes, monitor rule adherence and see how your habits affect performance over time.

TradingDisciplineLab was not born as just another trading journal, but as a discipline tracker.
I originally built it for my own personal need. Later, I realized it could become a useful system for other traders too.
A trading journal helps you keep track of your trading statistics: win rate, best days, best weeks, best sessions, and so on.
But that wasn’t enough for me.
I wanted a tool that could show me, clearly, which behaviors were sabotaging my trading performance:
- Which mistakes kept repeating?
- How much were certain habits costing me?
- How often was I actually following my strategy?
- How did my execution change after a loss?
That is how TDLab was born: a discipline-focused trading journal.
The goal is not to provide signals or predictions.
The goal is to help traders understand, track, and improve their own behavior.
Today, TDLab includes:

- Automatic FTP imports for MetaTrader 4 and 5
- Automatic cTrader sync
- Trade reviews with market data charts and discipline mistakes
