I built TradeGuard after losing more to tilt than to bad picks. Revenge trades after a losing streak, sizing up when I felt "hot", still clicking buy at 3am. I knew my rules. I just didn't follow them in the moment.

• Drawdown circuit breaker: hit your daily limit and it calls a cool-down. The Chrome extension even pauses you when you open a trading site.
• Losing-streak stop, trade-frequency cap, hot-hand warning, profit-lock reminders. Every threshold is yours.
