TrackForce makes it much easier to understand how our team spends their working time. The time tracking is simple to use, and the productivity insights give us a clear picture of daily work without making the process complicated.

I especially like having time tracking, activity insights, and productivity reporting in one place. It has been useful for managing remote and hybrid team members and has reduced the manual effort needed to track work progress.

What needs improvement

I would like to see more customization options in the reports and dashboards. More integrations with commonly used business tools would also be helpful. The core features already work well, but these additions could make TrackForce even more flexible for different teams and workflows.

vs Alternatives

I chose TrackForce because I wanted something straightforward that could provide useful productivity insights without making daily team management complicated. It brings time tracking, activity monitoring, and reporting together in one place.

What's great

TrackForce combines task management, time tracking, and productivity reporting in one platform. I particularly like the Team Workload view because it clearly shows assigned tasks, tracked time, efficiency, and workload status for each team member.

What needs improvement

More dashboard customization and flexible report filters would make it easier for different teams to focus on the metrics most relevant to them.
