Honestly, TopEdge AI completely changed how we handle customer support and sales on our Shopify store. The WhatsApp automation is rock solid—it takes care of everything from catching abandoned carts and confirming COD orders to sending out tracking updates and warranty info. The whole setup was super smooth, and I really appreciate the transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. If you're running a D2C brand in India, this tool is honestly a no-brainer.

What needs improvement

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about since the core features work really well. If I had to pick something, having a bit more flexibility and deeper customization for custom workflow templates right out of the box would be great. More pre-built integrations with third-party logistics and CRM tools as they scale up would also make an already solid tool even better.

What's great

TopEdge AI has made managing our Shopify store much easier, especially when it comes to customer support and WhatsApp automation. The AI can handle common customer questions, understand what shoppers are looking for, provide product-related information, and help customers with order and support queries.

What we found most useful is the ability to automate repetitive conversations while still keeping the option for human support when needed. Features like AI-powered customer support, WhatsApp automation, lead and intent detection, order-related conversations, and automated follow-ups have helped us respond to customers faster without having someone manually handle every message.

What needs improvement

As such far I'm happy with what they provide but if they add more in depth analysis would be great

vs Alternatives

We considered using traditional Shopify apps, basic WhatsApp automation tools, and separate AI chatbot and customer support platforms. The main issue was that many solutions were focused on just one part of the ecommerce workflow, such as abandoned cart recovery, live chat, or automated WhatsApp messages.

It also felt more flexible for creating personalized customer journeys instead of sending the same automated message to every shopper.
