Hey everyone! I'm Juan, one of the makers of Topa! Topa! started because my co-founder and I kept running into the same problem. We'd save cocktail recipes from Instagram, YouTube, blogs, screenshots, and group chats, but they were scattered everywhere. Even when we found a great recipe, we'd still have to figure out whether we actually had the ingredients to make it. As we got deeper into the hobby, we ran into another problem. We'd discover techniques like milk clarification, freezer batching, and other advanced prep methods, but we'd end up bouncing between calculators, notes apps, websites, and spreadsheets just to make sure everything worked. We wanted a single place focused on the craft of cocktail making. No social feed, no endless scrolling, no algorithm competing for your attention. Just great recipes, a home bar that knows what's on your shelf, and the tools to help you make better drinks, from your first Daiquiri to your first clarified cocktail. What started as a side project for ourselves slowly became the app we always wished existed. We're excited (and honestly a little nervous) to finally share it. Thanks for checking out Topa!
