I really like how simple to use it is. Lots of integrations for free, easy-to-use interface and generous freemium plan makes it my favorite app.

I have been using Todoist for a few years in the free version and it's certainly an app that I couldn't live without anymore. I use it to share some work projects with team members, manage and solve tasks, or keep track of activities to then include in the reports to be delivered to clients. I find it simple, intuitive, always well-functioning and updated. I have also had the opportunity to try the paid version, but for my uses it turned out to be too expensive compared to the actual use I made of the premium options. I hardly think I will be able to find a better alternative than this. The only missing feature is perhaps a real integration with Apple's Calendar app.

Found this app after comparing some task-managing tools, and I found this to have the most features I was looking for. I use it daily, both for work and private. It has so much potential with all the available integrations, which can feel a bit overwhelming, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Because of this, the thing I am missing is more examples and guidance on what the app can do, really!

Todoist is the best task management app, I think. My every day task lists and kanban boards. Using since ~2014.

Super user freidnly, neat and clear interface with good and necessary features. However, would be perfect to be able to collaborate with other accounts.
