Photograph a shelf and TitleEntry's AI reads every visible spine at once - no barcodes needed. It works on old books, foreign-language books, anything published before ISBNs existed. Up to 300 books identified from a single photo. For individual books, scan the ISBN barcode and the cover loads instantly with every detail filled in automatically. Either way you get a clean Excel or CSV export. No app download, no hardware.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built TitleEntry because cataloging physical books is still surprisingly manual in 2026.
You can scan the ISBN with your phone and TitleEntry automatically fetches the book details. We also have an AI feature that lets you photograph a whole shelf and identify the books from their spines. Everything can then be exported to a spreadsheet.
The idea came from a bookstore that needed to process a large amount of stock without manually entering book data. That became our first customer and helped shape the product.
We're still early, but we're building TitleEntry to make book cataloging much simpler for bookstores, schools, and anyone with a large collection.
I'd love to hear how you currently catalog your books and what you think we could improve.
