How does the split actually work if a server is only working a few tables during a shift, does the restaurant need to map staff to tables each day or does the customer pick who served them?

scanned the qr after dinner and the tip went through in like two seconds, super smooth. the loyalty stamp idea is a nice touch, would actually make me want to come back to the same spot.
One thing that would make me actually use this as a customer is letting me split a tip across the whole waitstaff team instead of just one person, since big tables rarely have a single server. That single change could also help restaurants handle tips more fairly and avoid disputes.
The QR scan flow is so quick that it actually made me tip more than I normally would. Love the loyalty stamps too, gives me a reason to go back.
