TintenAI lets businesses build a custom AI assistant for their website in minutes, no coding required. It answers customer questions, manages appointments, reservations, and instant price quotes, and handles e-commerce product search and orders. Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce catalog, customize branding and tone, trigger automated workflows, and track conversations with built-in analytics. From salons and clinics to online stores, TintenAI turns everyday chats into bookings, quotes, and sales.

@engin_erol There are some untranslated words in the title and content of registration email, also untranslated steps at AI services prices analysis. However the services were correctly identified with corresponding prices but not that the prices are per month. No edit option to fix the prices (just fixed, quote of free). The account was marked as created successfuly but an notification 'Hata
product.errors.attributesRequiredForProduct' appeared. Also two 400 error type in network with URI https://api.tinnten.com/api/v10/products . The Asistant email was received but is not in english. From the email I folowed the assistant URI and asked for the available services specificaly about 'Evaficy Smart Test' but it was not able to answer, instead it provided links to competition :) I hope this will be usefull as feedback. Feel free to contact me for details and more testing.

Hi Andrei,
Thank you — every item you listed was real, and two were bigger than they looked.
Emails. Your browser was telling us you wanted English; the server read the wrong field and fell back to Turkish every time — meaning our multi-language email path had never actually worked in production. You're the reason we found it. The assistant email was a separate case: it only existed in Turkish. Ten templates were missing translations; all now exist in nine languages.
Analysis steps. Untranslated server text was overriding existing translations. Fixed.
Prices. You were right that only Fixed / Quote / Free existed — there's now a Subscription (recurring) option with a billing period. Our AI had extracted "Price per Month — USD" correctly; the form just couldn't express it. This also surfaced two things you couldn't see: currency was hardcoded to Turkish Lira, and the price was being dropped before reaching the database.
The two 400s and the raw product.errors... message. One chain: services under the "direct" model were sent in a shape our API rejects, that error had no translation, and the failures were silently discarded — so the wizard said "success" while no products were actually saved. All fixed.
The assistant giving competitor links. The honest one: it had nothing of yours to answer from — your services never saved and your site wasn't in its knowledge base, so it fell back to web search. First half solved; the knowledge-base ingestion and the premature "assistant is ready" email are still open.
I'll ping you when this is live — re-running your exact flow would be valuable, especially pricing and the assistant Q&A. Please keep testing.
Thanks again,
@engin_erol I have retested the user flow and provided more details at support email address. Please contact me if you did not received the email. Thank you.
@engin_erol The email invitation to support email address to access the free QA dashboard I have configured with two additional issues is still pending. Please let me know if you did not received the invitation email or you need a meeting to speed up the process.
The Shopify catalog sync looks really useful. One idea: add a way for the assistant to flag conversations where it is unsure of the answer and automatically route those to a human team member with the full chat transcript attached. That way small businesses get the speed of automation but never lose leads because the bot guessed wrong on something specific like a custom order or a policy edge case.
@matilda_carlisle I like this idea, will evaluate it. Thanks for the positive feedback — a 'low confidence' handoff with the full transcript attached would be a great safety net for edge cases like custom orders or policy exceptions. We're already thinking about confidence scoring for responses, so routing those straight to a human with context is a natural next step. Appreciate the suggestion
Plugged my Shopify catalog in and honestly was surprised it picked up on product variants right away without me tweaking anything. The booking flow for my clinic side feels pretty smooth too.
@missyelliott "Thanks, Missy! Glad the variant detection worked out of the box — that's exactly the kind of setup friction we wanted to remove. Great to hear the clinic booking flow is running smoothly too!"
