Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m a multi-disciplinary engineer, and like many of you, I spend a lot of time managing files, logs, and project versions. I found myself manually typing the current date and time (e.g., 260405_0240) dozens of times a day. It was breaking my flow, causing typos, and honestly, it was just boring. So, I built TIMESTAMPER 811x32. It’s a tiny, portable Windows utility that does one thing perfectly: You press Ctrl + Alt + D, and it instantly pastes the current timestamp in YYMMDD_HHMMSS format wherever you are.
