Timecap helps you to limit the time you waste on things you would like to avoid. It creates a way for you to create time goals for activities you would like to do more of and to track the time you spend on unproductive things.

Clean, intuitive interface. I've tried a range of different time tracking apps, but having the effort tied to specific goals or attempts to adjust behaviour is an attractive proposition. Hoping to see sync between devices made available at some point in the future. Will that be a "prime" feature? The timeline's a nice bonusβ would be useful to be able to zoom out on it. Also, would be good to see some data export optionsβ CSV? Nonetheless, job well done thus far.
@jsamlarose I delayed working on sync to see if the app will get tractions so its worth investing in working on that. But seeing the response these last two weeks i think i will implement that soon. I guess it I will make it prime, since server costs are involved.
Timeline is in beta, zooming/switching days and hours is in my todo list. Thank you.

@ziggycrane all makes sense. Sounds like the futureβs bright for this one. Looking forward to further developments.
Hi Hunters, I wanted to create a different way to track time. Since time is the only asset we can't get more of, it's wise to see where it's spent.
This app tracks time in a goal/limit based way. I like to consider it a Screentime for your life.
Let me know what you guys think of this approach. Any feedback is appreciated.

@ziggycrane This is an exceptionally well-designed app. So far it has been a pleasure to use with it's current set of features. You've definitely outdid all the others apps in this category and you've just inspired me to create!π
@swaglr Thank you so very much! App is still far from being done. Working daily.

I have the pro version of this app found this app really useful only thing is that i constantly forget to start the timer before actually doing my goal and there is no option to add an event on that same day for eg i can edit that i studied maths for 2 hours yesterday but if i study for 20 mins today I'll have to wait for tomorrow in order to add that event.
@chinese_whisper You can edit today's sessions by taping on activity and scroll down to "Sessions" block. Then tap on session you want to edit.

Sory if i wasnt clear ill give another eg I by mistake clicked on say goal1 whereas i was doing goal2 after the goal completion i realised that i had messed it up now there is no option to edit goals in the "Today" menu
Problem 1- i want to reset goal 1
problem2- i cant add my progress manually like i cant say i was doing goal 2 from 12:00Pm to 12:30Pm like i would be able to for yesterday's work
@chinese_whisper As I said, when you tap on activity, you scroll down to "Sessions" block, you can delete session that's logged by mistake. Go back and go to another activity you want the session to be added, tap play and then pause to create temporary session. Scroll down to "Sessions" again and edit it with the correct times.

Hi @ziggycrane ,
I liked the simplicity of your App and the solution you gave to one of the common and greatest problems we have in life, to manage our time.
I would recommend to prioritize first adding to your explanation about the app what kind of reminders you could add. Second Itβs essential to see in your dashboard the full name of the headline.
Good Luck!

Pretty cool app! I'm still trying it, but I think it can be interesting when working on redundant tasks (in my case, building a copywriting swipe files)
