What needs improvement

Website performance could be better. I've experienced downtimes and timeouts more than once – for a website builder, that really shouldn't happen. Reliability is a basic expectation, and it's the one area where Tilda consistently falls short for me.

What's great

Positive experience so far. I needed to relaunch my website quickly and with Tilda it only took me a couple of days to understand the platform and get everything up and running.

Looking from startup perspective, I think Tilda is a great option for those who need to move quickly without a steep learning curve. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and easy to work with.

Also the customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever I've questions.

What needs improvement

I had an issue when sharing my link on Facebook — the Tilda logo appeared instead of my brand, and when clicking the link it led to an error page. I hope this issue has been resolved.

vs Alternatives

I was looking for a solution that is easy to use and Tilda stood out as a very intuitive and easy-to-navigate platform.

I've been using Tilda for more than a year now, and can highly recommend it to anyone, no matter what you do and how strong your skills in web design are, because this website builder has a very user-friendly interface which made my experience truly hassle-free. I also find Tilda's Customer Support Service to be effective and fast, since they always come through with speedy and helpful responses whenever I've got questions or run into issues.

Tilda's support team is actually one of the best on the market - not only are they responsive (usually replying within 30 min on weekdays), but they are also very attentive and efficient. It's smth completely unique for a large software company, great job!
