I can see this being abused by some people (like most things) - But used correctly it can add massive value for people sharing content. Matching the message/ call to action with the Tiddly tool to the content being posted will be a winner (Some else's 101 cookings tips article >> Your own Free trial for online cooking classes.
Does this cause issues for the original content publisher who will also be trying to convert that traffic in to email sign ups? Yes. I wonder if some blogs will try to block it's use on their sites?
