This service doesn’t just feel right for me (I’m 40), it also solves a problem for my niece. I gave her some starting capital for stocks as a gift for her 18th birthday, and her biggest challenge was actually finding stocks to invest in. I think this is a super cool idea! As someone who is just getting into stocks and is super intimidated by all of it, i think this is a great way starting point. However, i did want to know how exactly you decide which tweets or comments to take into consideration. The Internet has a lot of different opinions and i was wondering if there was any screening process based on which you select which posts you’d consider reliable.
@ria_kudapa Hi Ria, we initially screen for research-focused posts. We found that on social media for every 100+ posts, there is 1 with a thought out investment rationale or market view. We will be enabling up/down voting soon and we want to create a space where the community can support the content they find reliable! What we do differently than existing social platforms, is we provide the fundamentals and financials of each stock on the analytics card to easily verify the statements being made. Personally, I would never blindly follow anyone's social media post on a stock but I would definitely use it as a starting place for ideas (our social feed will be released very soon!)

Congrats! Are there any plans to support or include crypto assets?
@jensen_chen thanks! Maybe further down the line! We plan to include major crypto pairs for tracking prices but on the discovery side they’re quite different than stocks (earnings, financials updates, etc.) so it would need to have a bit of a design difference. We want to be able to cover international stocks first
