It's targeted at a very specific situation. Seems silly at first, but in practice, it could be very useful.

The idea appeared to me during an awkward dinner. As a very awkward person, I check a restaurant for exits and sight lines when I enter. I'm like an awkward Jason Bourne. The idea appeared when I was stuck, in a booth, with no legitimate escape to be found. Having exhausted my one legitimate excuse (the bathroom 2x) already, I knew I needed another way to get out of the situation... BOOM Tickle.
