How can this App influence negative heritary behavior in ones life
karen steinkühler
Hey @akani_ogbonnia_irem the first step to change unconscious behavior is making it conscious, reflecting on what your actions are and which ones serve you well or do not. After you have identified the behavior you do not want to show in the future (an thus taking responsibility for it), you can ask yourself why you are showing this behavior. Often we have a really good reason to show the behavior, or a benefit we get by showing it. Then you can ask yourself how you want to behave instead and work out a plan how to get there. The plan is probably only a hypothesis in the beginning. Ones you tried the plan you can reflect on it to see if it works and if you need to adapt anything or try something else. So short version: 1. Identify the behavior you want to change. 2. Answer for yourself: Why am I showing this behavior? What do I gain from showing it? 3. Answer for yourself: Which behavior do I want to show instead? 4. Work out a plan on how you want to get to the new behavior. 5. Set up a system / regularly reflect on if the plan works for you or if you need to try something else. Tibah is a great tool for that. Eg. by setting a goal (the new behavior) and reflecting on it every month (you can use monthly tasks to remind yourself). Hope that helps 😊
