Can you explain how crypto can provide any rate of return? Is it tied to the market's rate of return? If that's the case what happens in a bear market?

@nikk_wong Good question Nikk. There's actually lot of ways that crypto can return yields. First are through the traditional institutions who wants to burrow crypto (banks/exchanges/ futures traders) at an interest. Then in DeFi, you have smart contracts like Compound that can also do lending/borrowing for interest. Finally, the most popular method is via liquidity pools that can offer crazy returns like 20%, 100% or even more. However, for the latter the underlying asset is usually non a stablecoin and its riskier, which we don't do.
