Three-Office β browser-based virtual workspace for remote teams. Walk into the lobby, bump into colleagues for a 1:1 voice chat, sit at a conference table for a group meeting with AI-powered live transcription and Claude meeting summaries.

Hi Hunters β Phillipe here, maker of Three-Office.
I've worked remotely for years, and Zoom + Slack always left the same gap: the 30-second hallway question that turns into a 2-day Slack thread when you don't have it. Scheduled meetings and async chat are solved; spontaneous proximity isn't.
Three-Office is my attempt at that missing layer. You walk a 2D or 3D avatar through a shared office. Voice chat fades in by proximity, so 1:1s happen without scheduling. Group meetings happen by sitting at a conference table β and every table meeting gets live transcription plus a Claude-generated summary, so nobody has to take notes.
A few things that surprised me while building it:
- Spatial voice changes behavior more than I expected. People cluster, drift, and split up the way they do in a real office.
- The AI summaries are the feature people use most. Once you have them, "who's taking notes?" feels broken.
- Browser-only was non-negotiable. Every install step kills team adoption.
Would love feedback β especially from teams who've tried Gather, Teamflow, or similar. What's missing? What's confusing?
Thanks for checking it out.
