A Slack bot that saves you from documenting things by hand. React with an emoji, and the thread's decisions, reasoning, and action items land in Notion as a structured doc, no copy-pasting.
Love this, the emoji trigger is such a clean idea. One thing that would make it even more useful for my team: let us customize which emoji maps to which doc template, since we already use specific reactions for "resolved" or "blocking" and it would be cool if those automatically routed to different Notion databases like bug reports vs specs.

Interesting problem. Teams lose far more knowledge in Slack threads than most realize.
Curious—what surprised you most after watching real teams use it? Was the biggest pain finding decisions, or realizing decisions were never documented in the first place?
The emoji trigger idea is genuinely clever, feels way less friction than remembering to take notes. Set it up with our team channel and the Notion doc came out cleaner than I expected, with the action items actually pulled out separately.
