For my whole adult life I've adhered to the inbox part of GTD. That is, collect your loose thoughts and review them later to determine what is actionable and what isn't. However, what I really needed wasn't a static inbox, but a timeline. I wanted to see at a glance how old a thought was, which is a big indicator of how serious I am about acting on it. I also wanted to see my thoughts on a map, similar to the iOS and macOS photos "Places" view, to easily collect all the thoughts I had on a vacation or at a conference. Thought Path bridges that gap between the GTD paper list and a full digital task manager. It allows your phone to add the context you forget about.
