If you're going to waste time on your phone anyway - might as well get hydrated doing it. ThirstTrapp locks TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, whatever you spend time on. To unlock them: drink water. Your camera verifies you're actually drinking (no screenshots, no cheating). 15 seconds = 2 hours of scroll time. It's annoying. It's kind of ridiculous. But it works! Now I drink 6-8 glasses a day because I want to scroll (the irony is not lost on me).
