We chose TheWiFy because it brings guest Wi-Fi authentication, branded captive portals, multi-location management, customer insights in one platform.

We considered traditional captive portal and standalone RADIUS solutions, but many required multiple tools, complex infrastructure or significant customisation. TheWiFy offered a more flexible, cloud-managed approach and supported integrations with network platforms such as MikroTik, TP-Link Omada and Aruba.

The onboarding process could be made even simpler for teams without networking experience. More plug-and-play device integrations, guided setup instructions and ready-made captive portal templates would help customers launch faster.

A mobile management app, deeper analytics and the planned AI-powered Guest Experience Assistant would also add significant value.

TheWiFy offered a more flexible, cloud-managed approach and supported integrations with network platforms such as MikroTik, TP-Link Omada and Aruba and more over multi-tenant architecture, responsive support and ability to adapt to our operational requirements made it the best fit.
