TheVouch. is a social network where every member is a real, verified person: a government ID check before the first post, one person, one account, real name. No ads, no ranked feed. Nobody can message you until you accept their Wave. Spotlight, Exclusive or Incognito visibility. Text and black-and-white photos, encrypted chats and channels. Companies are verified too, with confirmed work titles and hiring tools. Free for life for the first 100 people and 100 companies.
I'm Asaf, founder of TheVouch.
TheVouch. is a social network for adults where every person and every company is verified.
• Members verify with a government ID and a face match. In most countries the phone reads the chip inside the passport or ID card, so a photo of a document is not enough.
• One person, one account, under a real name. A ban is on the person, so nobody comes back under a new profile.
• Companies are checked against the national registry, and work titles are confirmed by the employer, never typed in.
• Your feed is chronological, with no ads and nothing ranked.
• Messaging starts with a Wave that you accept or decline. Direct and group conversations are end-to-end encrypted.
• Choose Spotlight (fully visible), Exclusive (posts only for approved followers) or Incognito (absent from search and discovery).
• Text and black-and-white photographs. No comment threads, no autoplay video.
Companies also get channels, job listings and hiring tools, and every company post carries the name of the person who wrote it.
It is a paid membership, about $10 a month, because there are no ads and identity checks cost money per person. The first 100 people and the first 100 companies to verify are members for life, free.
Available on iPhone and iPad. I'd like to hear what works for you and what needs to change.
