Thesis Lock records the reasoning behind an investment, not just its outcome. Users lock their original thesis, assumptions, catalysts, risks, capital limits and exit rules before hindsight can rewrite them. Later reviews create time-stamped versions, while transparent rules flag thesis drift as Stable, Review Required or Thesis Broken. It works fully offline with no accounts, subscriptions, AI, broker connections, telemetry or cloud storage.
I built Thesis Lock because I kept seeing the same problem in investing: once a position moves against us or the story changes it becomes surprisingly easy to rewrite why we bought it in the first place.
I wanted a simple way to preserve the original decision before hindsight and emotion could interfere. Thesis Lock lets investors record and lock their thesis, assumptions, catalysts, risks, capital limits and exit rules, then review them honestly over time.
During development, it evolved from a basic investment journal into a structured decision record with version history, integrity checks and transparent thesis-drift flags.
I deliberately kept it offline and private: no accounts, subscriptions, AI, broker connections or telemetry.
This is the first public product from Bocan & Co, and I would genuinely value honest feedback, especially from investors who already document their decisions.
