Can I suggest making each one shorter? I think The Daily Skimm nailed it when it comes to content length in email newsletters. There's a lot of great value there and I'm wondering if the format could be a little more "skim-able." For example, the quotes get buried in blocks of text - special formatting for quotes could help them stand out more.
Also, how do you get 30 busy tech leaders to answer your survey each week?!
