One of my all-time favorite novels, this short-but-deep book really makes you think. If you're not really scratching your head by the end of it, you need to read it again.
"Maman died today. Or yesterday maybe, I don’t know. I got a telegram from the home: 'Mother deceased. Funeral tomorrow. Faithfully yours.' That doesn’t mean anything. Maybe it was yesterday." SO GOOD!
