The Regular App

I was checking out at a bar I had fallen in love with and the bartender said "we'll give you the friends and family discount." I started asking questions of bar owners and later other kinds of brands in service and hospitality to find out what it meant to them for a customer to become The Regular there and how that happened. The answers were all over the place. Sometimes the owner would say come in 3 times a week for a month and the GM would say every day for 2 weeks. And the bartender might say they just liked someone. But all agreed that The Regular was the lifeblood of their business. So I wanted to make an app that makes it easy through subscriptions and membership to become The Regular with a service and hospitality venue/brand. That included ways to engage with that brand like giving as a community, surveys, games/competitions, and recently experimenting with AI search for events. The app is currently listing places primarily in DC/MD/VA but we're actively expanding to LA, Chicago, Baltimore, and other locations.
