One workspace. Every surface a PM touches. No more bouncing between Jira, Notion, Productboard, Sheets, and Slack. Every surface a Product Manager touches, connected, searchable, and designed to make great decisions the path of least resistance. Launches, pricing changes, funding, hiring and analyst mentions - pulled, summarised and mapped onto your feature gap matrix before your first coffee. Stop tab-hopping through 20 competitor sites. Start every day knowing what actually moved.
Why I built thePM.app
As a Product Manager, I found myself spending far too much time switching between tools and rebuilding context.
Jira for tickets. Docs for requirements. Slides for roadmaps. CRM and spreadsheets for customer feedback. Documents and bookmarks for competitor intelligence. Then there are OKRs, vendor renewals, research, decisions and all the other information that influences what gets built and why.
The problem wasn’t that these tools didn’t work. It was that the context connecting everything together was scattered across all of them.
Whenever I needed to make a product decision, I’d find myself searching JIRA / customer tickets, rereading requirements, digging through old decks and refreshing my memory on customer conversations just to reconstruct the context behind a project.
I built thePM.app to be the workspace I wanted as a Product Manager: one place to capture and connect the information that shapes the product and the decisions I make.
Projects, roadmap items, customer feedback, requirements, designs, competitors, OKRs, vendors, decisions and research can all live together and, more importantly, be connected.
The goal isn’t to replace every specialist tool a PM already uses. It’s to create the product context layer that sits across them.
Ultimately, I wanted to be able to look at anything we’re working on and quickly answer two simple questions:
Why this?
Why now?
That’s what I’m building thePM.app to solve.
