I picked this book up a few weeks ago and destroyed it. Literally - the spine is broken now and there are notes and scribbles throughout.
Information flow in my mind has always been a struggle, so naturally I gravitated towards this book. It's not a struggle for some people, and this book outlines why that is and how you can get closer to that ideal.
Super helpful for people working in tech, startups, etc - we're all subject to information overload on a massive scale.
