A retro pioneer survival game for iPhone and iPad in the style of the 1980s computer-lab classics. Lead a wagon party 2,040 miles from Independence, Missouri, to the Willamette Valley in 1848.
Hey Product Hunt! I'm Mike, a solo indie dev. I grew up dying of dysentery in the school computer lab, so I built the game I wanted to play again on my iPhone.
It's 1848. You pick a profession, outfit your wagon in Independence, Missouri, and try to get five people 2,040 miles to the Willamette Valley. Set your pace and rations, ford rivers or pay the ferry, hunt bison, and deal with blizzards, snakebites and broken axles. When it goes wrong, you get a gravestone to share.
The whole trail is free. No ads, no accounts, and it plays offline. An optional one-time Trail Pass adds seasons, trading and a tougher Hard Road mode.
