Hey everybody 👋, About 30 years ago when I was diagnosed with ADHD, I had no idea that I still wouldn’t be able to concentrate 30 years later. I’ve tried quite a few frameworks and tools over the years. Some worked, some were a lot of work and nothing really stuck. I “discovered” OKRs (shot out to John Doerr) and they changed both my business and personal life..they were effective and really helped me focus and get stuff done.
