What's great

We were launching a new SaaS service. Cost predictability and stability were crucial. We chose THE.Hosting. Everything was perfect for the first month, but then we encountered the need for backups. It turned out that backups needed to be configured and paid for separately, which increased the budget slightly.

What needs improvement

I've tried many hosts over the years. THE.Hosting stands out for its no-nonsense approach. Prices don't jump after the first month, which is a relief. I'm on the Rhodium plan for a resource-heavy application. The hardware is next-gen and reliable. The promise of "zero stress migration" was true in my case; their team handled it flawlessly. While they offer many locations, I stick with Germany, and it's been rock-solid. A trustworthy provider that focuses on uptime and keeping promises.
