@katesegrin some reasons I like it:
+ It’s fast. Large scale production systems have been—and are being—built with Go.
+ It’s easy to learn. The spec is tiny compared to other languages, making it easy to pick up quickly.
+ The tooling is some of the best I’ve seen for a language this young.
