This book gives incredible insight into how baseball has been run under Bud Selig. It covers the the time leading up to the strike in 1994, the steroid era and the small market teams succeeding or moving (extensive coverage of the plight of the Montreal Expos and their eventual move to Washington). This book is a great book on leadership and managing egos in a game that has their share - from players to owners. Highly recommend it.
