The shape is a one-time kit bundling business-building workflows with parental control: guiding young founders through business formation (with lots of depth on registered agents, incorporation, and taxes that are optional but rigorous), website launch, payment rails, CRM, growth, social, and back-office automation.
How it works: Founders tells their AI assistant their idea the way they'd tell a friend: what problem are you trying to solve? Who are your customers? What state do you operate in? How do you want to receive payment? Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor reads the kit's playbooks and builds the boring parts — guiding the parent through account setup (stripe/venmo/paypal) and the founder through the business itself. From designing the website to pricing strategy and customer demand gen. Every consequential step stops at a parental review gate. No AI or CLI knowledge required because you ca use the desktop or web app.
