Hi all, the indie devs, tech geeks, makers & builders! This launch is for a 'Prefab' (Prefab: a pre-built custom component/group of components that you can use in your Noodl project). What is Noodl? An open-source, low-code, visual app builder. What is Directus? An open-source, low-code, highly extensible, Backend-as-a-Service/CMS platform. And finally, why this launch? This particular Frontend + Backend stack is an underestimated, open-source stack that can empower amateur to expert devs/builders alike, to rapidly build and deploy complex web apps! The stack does have a bit of a learning curve. But when the long-term sustainability issues of vendor locked-in systems, or debilitating limitations of closed platforms start lurking around, the open-source, low-code, rapid visual development, highly extensible nature of this stack proves very valuable, especially when creating complex apps and projects.
