Hi Product Hunt! I'm a solo developer, and The Carbonara Tales is my first mobile game. I made it for people who love hard games, laugh when a game tricks them and then press retry anyway.
It looks like a cozy pixel-art platformer. It isn't: blocks drop on your head, the floor slides away, and even a checkpoint flag might be a trap. Each world is one level, and a clean run takes 40 to 75 seconds. Under the jokes there's a sad story that gets darker toward a black-and-white noir finale (Safe mode turns off flashes, screen shake and jumpscares). After the ending you unlock speedrun mode with online leaderboards.
It's free (ads · in-app purchases: cosmetic skins and Remove Ads), no pay-to-win, and it works offline.
