We originally built this for one of the UK's top four banks so they could abstract their chat assets from each other and avoid vendor lock-in. Since then it has grown to add in MS Teams Live Chat, Slack Live Chat, omnichannel, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex and Freshdesk LIve Chat.
It also supports cross organisational chat routing and has an inbuilt chat control using chat (rather than a GUI) called Alca.
